At CosHD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe is as effortless and worry-free as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CosHD account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
